Offer and access

Scope of the offer

1. Supplier details

The services are provided by TWIPPING SRLS, trading under the Twipping brand, with registered office at Via Campagnola 68, 31020 Villorba (TV), VAT number and tax code 04900150261, REA TV-408344.

Email: info@twipping.com. Telephone: +39 0422 92172. Twipping is also referred to below as the “Supplier”; anyone who submits a request, accepts a proposal or purchases a service is referred to as the “Customer”.

2. Subject matter of these terms

These terms govern the free assessment, access to the Restyling Offer, the Express, Assistito and Gestibile plans, upgrades, the building and publication of the website, technical and external services, and post-publication support.

Completing the form does not mean the project is automatically accepted and does not constitute a binding order.

  • The relationship is concluded after a positive assessment of the project.
  • Twipping sends a written proposal or confirmation.
  • The Customer accepts the proposal and makes the payment requested.

3. Validity of the offer

The Restyling Offer is valid until it is closed, as announced on the website, and in any case until operating capacity is exhausted. Twipping may suspend or close it at any time by giving notice on the website; requests already submitted before the closure remain assessed under the terms stated here.

A request for assessment does not reserve a slot. A slot is reserved only after the proposal has been accepted and the payment requested has been received.

4. Who the offer is for

The offer is mainly intended for new projects by local businesses, professionals, craftspeople, firms, associations, accommodation providers and small or medium-sized companies that already have a website to be renewed.

  • It does not automatically apply to work already begun or contracts already in force.
  • It does not automatically apply to maintenance, proposals or work already agreed.
  • Different terms may be set by written agreement.

5. Free initial assessment

Twipping assesses the current website, the platform, the structure, the technical condition, the materials, the access credentials, the features, the plan requested and its compatibility with the offer.

  • It may confirm the plan requested or suggest a different one.
  • It may indicate extras, propose a dedicated project, or decline the project for technical, organisational, legal or availability reasons.
  • The assessment does not include a full strategic consultation or deliverables that can be used on their own.

6. Definition of showcase website

A showcase website means an informational website that presents a business, its services, its main information and its contact details. It may include descriptive pages, simple galleries, contact links, basic forms, texts, images, opening hours and locations.

  • E-commerce sites, marketplaces, management software, CRMs, ERPs, portals and web apps are not standard showcase websites.
  • Payment systems, advanced bookings, configurators, automations, complex customer areas and custom integrations are excluded.
  • These projects can be carried out with a dedicated proposal.

6-bis. Rebuild on the Twipping platform

The restyling is not carried out on the system in which the Customer’s website is currently built: the website is rebuilt on Twipping’s proprietary platform, keeping the agreed content and the existing domain, which is connected to the new website. The starting technology is irrelevant for the purposes of the conversion.

  • The Customer remains the owner of its own content, its domain and the materials it provides.
  • The platform, templates, generic components, pre-existing code and tools remain Twipping’s (see “Final deliverables”).
  • The pre-existing website is not modified or removed by Twipping, unless otherwise agreed.
  • No recurring fee is charged for use of the platform. Professional hosting, domain and email, if needed, are quoted separately and communicated before the start.

Plans

Restyling plans

7. Restyling Express — €249 + VAT

The Express plan costs €249 + VAT, one-off. It is a quick, guided and essential restyling of an existing showcase website. The actual content is confirmed after the assessment.

  • It may include updated graphics, colours, spacing, typography and layout.
  • Responsive adaptation and improved mobile display.
  • Simplification of the main texts already present and greater clarity of the messages.
  • More visible buttons and contact paths, a basic form and links to telephone, email, WhatsApp or social media.
  • Basic on-page SEO optimisation and publication of the updated website.
  • It does not include specialist consultation, creative revisions, graphic variants or custom changes after the preview.
  • It does not include new pages or features, full writing of texts, hosting, domain, email, licences, maintenance or ongoing support.

Technical errors, typos introduced by Twipping, data reported differently from the form, broken links and objective display problems may be reported and are not creative revisions.

8. Restyling Assistito — €399 + VAT

The Assistito plan costs €399 + VAT, one-off. It includes what is confirmed for Express and adds the support of a specialist, guided refinement and a further check before publication.

  • It includes up to 5 light change requests.
  • Support is provided by email, form, project area or, if provided for in the proposal, a call.
  • It does not include unlimited consultations or calls.

9. Definition of light change

A light change is a single, circumscribed request concerning elements already present in the restyling. Several changes in the same message may be counted separately.

  • The following are light: short corrections, replacing an image you have provided, changing a button, link, contact detail, opening hours, colour, spacing, form field or a small mobile adjustment.
  • The following are not light: new pages, complex sections, features, layouts, second graphic proposals, complete rewrites, e-commerce, automations, integrations or custom development.
  • Unless the proposal sets a different deadline, requests must be sent within 10 calendar days of delivery of the preview.

10. Upgrade from Express to Assistito

The Customer may move from Express to Assistito by paying the difference between the plans. The amount already paid is deducted. The upgrade must be requested before final publication.

11. Restyling Gestibile — €670 + VAT

The Gestibile plan costs €670 + VAT, one-off. It includes what is confirmed for Assistito and adds a restricted area or panel for updating the content set up for that purpose, together with essential operating instructions.

  • Images, texts, opening hours, contact details and agreed fields can be managed.
  • The editable parts are defined before the start.
  • It does not automatically include management software, CRM, e-commerce, an advanced catalogue, complex roles, automations or custom integrations.
  • Errors caused by the Customer’s own changes are not covered by free corrections.

Process

Operating process

12. Submitting the request

The Customer submits details, contacts, current website, business, plan of interest, aspects to improve, additional services and a message. The initial form does not replace the operational form that follows.

13. Confirmation of the project

If the project is accepted, Twipping communicates by email eligibility, plan, price, VAT, extras, hosting, indicative timing, payment, the operational form and specific terms. The specific terms prevail in case of conflict.

14. Operational form

The operational form collects logo, colours, fonts, images, texts, sections, contacts, services, calls to action, preferences, examples and access credentials. Twipping works on the basis of the information provided; the Customer is responsible for its completeness and accuracy.

15. Analysis of the material

The information may be examined with human oversight, internal procedures and automated or artificial intelligence tools used as operational support. Final control remains with Twipping. Unnecessary sensitive data must not be sent.

16. Start of work

Work begins after acceptance, payment, completion of the operational form, and receipt of the necessary materials and access credentials. The project is not started until these items are available.

17. Updates during the project

Communications take place mainly by email and may concern taking charge of the project, missing materials, progress, preview, publication and closure. The Customer must also check spam and junk mail.

18. Preview

Twipping delivers a link, a screenshot, a preview or temporary access. Before full payment of the balance the preview may not be copied, transferred or used. The Customer checks texts, images, contacts, links and forms.

19. Approval

Approval must be given in writing by email, form, project area or another agreed channel, and authorises publication. Later requests not attributable to technical errors are extras.

20. No response from the Customer

After 10 days without a response the project may be suspended; after 30 days it may be archived. Reactivation depends on availability and may involve costs, which are communicated beforehand. Amounts already accrued remain due.

Materials and security

Materials and Customer responsibilities

21. Materials required

The Customer provides, when needed, access credentials, logo, texts, images, videos, company data, contacts, social links, legal documents, privacy and cookie policies and credentials for external services, in usable formats and of adequate quality.

22. Rights in the content

The Customer declares that it is entitled to use the texts, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, fonts and documents provided, and holds Twipping harmless from claims arising from unauthorised materials. Twipping may refuse content that is unlawful or harmful to third parties.

23. Accuracy of data

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of company name, VAT number, contacts, prices, opening hours, descriptions, commercial terms and legal information. Twipping does not carry out legal or tax checks unless specifically engaged to do so.

24. Access and security

The Customer provides working credentials and, at the end, changes the passwords and removes temporary users. Twipping is not liable for unauthorised access caused by weak passwords, or passwords that are shared or not updated by the Customer.

25. Backup of the existing website

The Customer must make sure a backup copy exists. Twipping may carry out a preliminary backup where possible, but does not provide ongoing backup without an agreement. Malware, incompatibilities and pre-existing problems may require separate work.

Timing and payments

Timing, prices and payments

26. Delivery times

The ordinary delivery time is 7-10 working days from confirmation of the project, and runs from the moment Twipping has the payment requested, the completed operational form, and the necessary materials and access credentials. The time may vary depending on the plan, the starting technology, the number of pages, the completeness of the materials, the Customer’s response times, changes requested, technical problems, external services and workload; in that case the new estimate is communicated by email. Unless a date has been expressly confirmed in writing as essential, the time limit is an estimate.

27. Grounds for suspension or extension

Timing may be suspended or extended due to late payments, missing materials, access credentials that do not work, incomplete requests, changes to the scope, technical problems, external unavailability or force majeure.

28. Prices

  • Express: €249 + VAT, one-off.
  • Assistito: €399 + VAT, one-off.
  • Gestibile: €670 + VAT, one-off.
  • No Problem: €200 + VAT for 12 months.
  • Time-based work: €50 + VAT per hour.

29. Costs not included

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following are not included: hosting, domain, email, certified email (PEC), licences, premium plugins or themes, fonts, stock content, translations, full copywriting, photography, video, legal advice, privacy, accessibility, advanced SEO, advertising, social media, maintenance and third-party services. No extra is charged without confirmation.

30. Payment terms

The proposal states advance payment, deposit and balance, or payment by stages. For the plans in the offer, full payment may be required before the start. Publication may be conditional on payment of the balance.

31. Late payment

In case of non-payment Twipping may decline to start or may suspend the work, the publication, hosting and related services, withhold the deliverables, and claim the amounts and the interest provided by law.

32. Invoicing

The Customer provides complete and correct details. Corrections due to incorrect data are handled within the limits of tax law.

33. Withdrawal or cancellation by a professional Customer

In case of cancellation, the work carried out, external costs, analysis and preparation remain due. Any portion not yet accrued may be refunded on the basis of the work actually done. Services already performed and licences already purchased are not refundable.

34. Impossibility of performance by Twipping

If Twipping cannot carry out the project for reasons not attributable to the Customer, it refunds the amounts for the activities not performed. Unrecoverable external costs authorised by the Customer remain excluded.

Publication

Publication and technical services

35. Hosting, domain and email

Hosting, domain and email are not included unless otherwise indicated. Twipping may propose hosting, recommend suppliers, transfer the website and configure the domain, DNS, SSL and email. Annual costs are separate.

36. Publication

Publication takes place after approval, payment of the balance, availability of domain and hosting, access credentials and checks. The standard publication activity is included, except for complex migrations, technical problems or external services.

37. Pointing the domain

Twipping may provide instructions or intervene with the necessary access credentials. DNS propagation times depend on external providers and cannot be controlled by Twipping.

38. SSL certificate

Where compatible with the hosting, Twipping configures the SSL certificate available. Issue and renewal may depend on the provider or the certification authority.

After publication

Post-publication services

39. Conclusion of the project

Unless additional services are agreed, the project ends with publication, a final check, delivery of the instructions provided for, and closure. The restyling does not include ongoing support.

40. No Problem package — €200 + VAT/year

No Problem is optional and lasts 12 months. It includes, subject to ordinary availability, light changes to existing content, short updates, replacement of images provided, opening hours, contact details, small interventions and support by email. No service timeframes are guaranteed without an SLA.

  • It is subject to reasonable use and does not cover day-to-day activities or numerous requests.
  • It does not include complex new pages, features, redesign, e-commerce, automations, integrations, development, copywriting, creative production, advertising or ongoing SEO.
  • Renewal requires fresh confirmation, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

41. Time-based work — €50 + VAT/hour

Before the work, Twipping communicates feasibility, the planned activity, the estimate and external costs. Any minimum unit is communicated beforehand. If the estimate has to be significantly exceeded, fresh approval is requested.

Rights and results

Intellectual property and performance

42. Customer materials

The Customer remains the owner of the materials provided and grants Twipping a limited licence to analyse, process, adapt and publish them and to maintain the project.

43. Final deliverables

After full payment the Customer may use the specific final deliverables within the limits of the licences. Tools, platforms, templates, generic components, pre-existing code, libraries, procedures, know-how and reusable systems remain Twipping’s.

44. Third-party components

Plugins, fonts, images, libraries and services remain subject to the licences of their respective suppliers. The Customer takes care of renewals when the licence is in its name or is not included in an active Twipping service.

45. Portfolio

Unless written objection is made before publication, Twipping may show the project in its portfolio, cite the name or logo, and describe the work carried out without disclosing confidential information.

46. SEO

The restyling may include basic on-page SEO, but not SEO strategy, advanced keyword research, link building, ongoing content or guaranteed ranking.

47. Enquiries, sales and results

The restyling may improve image, clarity, navigation, mobile experience and contacts, but Twipping does not guarantee enquiries, sales, turnover, traffic, conversions or advertising performance.

48. Compatibility

The website is checked on current browsers and common screen sizes. Compatibility is not guaranteed with obsolete browsers, devices that are not up to date, or extensions or configurations that have not been communicated.

49. Accessibility and legal compliance

The restyling does not automatically include accessibility audits or certifications, regulatory compliance, privacy or cookie policy, terms of sale or legal advice. Specific obligations require a dedicated proposal.

Liability

External services and liability

50. Third-party suppliers

Twipping does not control hosting, registrars, email, search engines, social networks, payments, APIs, plugins and cloud services, and is not liable for their interruptions, changes, prices or discontinuation.

51. Pre-existing problems

Malware, obsolete code, CMS errors, incompatibilities and hosting limits already present are not included and, if necessary, are quoted separately.

52. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Twipping is not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity or loss of data not attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence, external blocks, the Customer’s unlawful content, third-party interventions, failure to achieve results, Customer delays or unprotected credentials. Liabilities that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.

53. Force majeure

Twipping is not liable for delays or impossibility of performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including widespread failures, blackouts, generalised attacks, infrastructure unavailability, disasters, fires, epidemics, strikes, public authority measures and supplier interruptions.

Privacy and consumers

Privacy, consumers and complaints

54. Processing of personal data

Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679. When Twipping processes data on behalf of the Customer, the parties may sign a specific agreement. The Customer remains responsible for the data collected through its own website.

55. Consumer Customer

The offer is mainly intended for businesses and professionals. If a consumer purchases, the mandatory protection rules apply. In distance contracts the right of withdrawal is generally 14 days; early start requires a separate declaration and may entail payment for the part already performed, or loss of the right after full performance in the cases provided by law.

To exercise the right of withdrawal the consumer may write to info@twipping.com stating name, contacts, service, date of purchase and the intention to withdraw.

56. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to info@twipping.com with a description of the problem and any useful documents, emails or screenshots. Twipping replies within a reasonable time.

57. Alternative dispute resolution

The consumer may turn to the ADR bodies available in their own country. The former European ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

58. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For professional Customers the Court of Treviso has jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing or mandatory provisions apply. For consumers, the court provided for by mandatory rules retains jurisdiction.

Final provisions

Validity and acceptance

59. Changes to these terms

Twipping may update these terms. The version accepted, attached to the proposal or in force at the conclusion of the contract applies to the project. Later changes have no retroactive effect unless agreed or required by law.

60. Precedence of the proposal

In case of conflict the following prevail, in this order: the signed contract, the accepted proposal, the specific terms, these general terms, and the informational content of the landing page.

61. Partial invalidity

The invalidity of one clause does not make the others invalid. The clause is replaced, to the extent permitted, by a valid provision with equivalent effect.

62. Forbearance

Failure by Twipping to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.

63. Communications

Communications sent to the contact details given by the Customer are deemed valid. The Customer must promptly notify any change.

64. Acceptance

By accepting the proposal, paying or ticking the relevant box, the Customer declares that it has read the terms, understood the differences, inclusions and limits of the plans, materials, payments, hosting, process and publication, and has read the Privacy Policy.

Confirmation stage

Declarations required

The applicable declarations are presented in the proposal or in the confirmation form, depending on the plan chosen.

  • I declare that I have read and accepted the Terms and conditions of the Restyling Offer.
  • I declare that I have read the privacy notice.
  • For Express: I confirm that the plan is guided and does not include creative revisions or custom changes after the preview.
  • For Assistito: I confirm that up to 5 light change requests are included, as defined in the terms.
