What kinds of software can you replace?

Management software for customers, quotes, orders, jobs, warehouse and support, CRM and other operational tools. We analyse your situation and check together which software can be unified into a single solution. Payroll and full tax accounting are excluded.

Is it complicated to migrate my data?

We migrate it for you, subject to feasibility: we need the data exportable from the software you use today. We check it together at acceptance testing, before switching off the old program.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how many features you use: the duration is set after the analysis and the proposal gives the switch-over date. Until acceptance testing, the old program stays on.

Is the cost really one-off?

The build is: for eligible projects, the equivalent of two years of your current fee, paid once, with no licence renewals. To use the management software you then need the cloud service, from €89 a month. Extra changes and support are agreed separately, with the price written beforehand.

What happens if I want to change supplier in the future?

Your data can be exported in open formats. The management software runs on Nolvio, Twipping’s platform: the exit terms are written into the contract.

Can I use the management software without artificial intelligence?AI

Yes. ADA, the assistant, is optional: the software works without it too. Artificial intelligence when it is useful, control always in your hands.

Do you offer support and training?

Initial training is included. You have a point of contact in the team, and support beyond the cloud service is chosen per ticket or with a plan, at clear prices.

Is the management software right for my company too?

The free assessment is there to tell you exactly that. The two-year formula applies to eligible projects, with a current fee of at least €4,000 a year; very large systems or those with many integrations are assessed by quote.

What happens after the free assessment?

Within one working day a person from the team will contact you. In a 30-minute call we learn how you work, then we analyse features and data and send you a fixed-price proposal. No commitment until you sign.
